Piano Lessons via Skype and FaceTime


In the light of the current crisis we have introduced lessons via Skype and FaceTime. All you need is a computer, tablet or phone but you could also enhance the quality of lessons by obtaining a microphone and loudspeaker which would be an advisable but not absolutely unavoidable course of action. The teacher is fully equipped for online tuition.

Youtube is an invaluable source for finding video reviews with sound samples of different microphones in comparison.


In terms of suggesting loudspeakers I would only venture as far as listing some brands for mid-range speakers which work well for classical music. High-end speakers would usually be acquired with very specific individualistic ideas in mind without a need for further advice.
